South Central Development provides website development, mobile app development, custom software, bug fixes, maintenance, consulting, and related digital services.

3. Project Requests

Submitting a project request does not create a binding agreement. A project begins only after scope, pricing, timelines, and payment terms are reviewed and accepted by both parties.

4. Payments

Payment terms may vary by project. Deposits, milestone payments, final payments, subscriptions, or maintenance fees may be required depending on the agreed scope.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate project information.
  • Provide content, files, feedback, and approvals on time.
  • Ensure they have rights to any materials submitted.
  • Review deliverables and request revisions within agreed timelines.

6. Revisions and Scope Changes

Revisions are handled according to the agreed project scope. Requests outside the original scope may require additional cost and timeline changes.

7. Intellectual Property

Ownership of final deliverables will be defined in the project agreement. South Central Development may retain rights to reusable code, tools, frameworks, processes, and internal systems used to complete work.

8. Portfolio Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, South Central Development may reference completed work in portfolios, case studies, or marketing materials.

9. Third-Party Services

Projects may use third-party services such as hosting providers, payment processors, APIs, plugins, domains, email services, or analytics tools. South Central Development is not responsible for third-party outages, pricing changes, or policy changes.

10. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue, rankings, traffic, or sales.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, South Central Development is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to use of our services or website.
